Ketentuan

• You must be 18 or older to write a letter or a reply.
• Follow the rules: first names only, no contact details, nothing that threatens, harasses, sexualizes or exposes anyone.
• Letters are anonymous. Don't try to find out who wrote one, or who it is about.
• Don't use the site to reach someone who doesn't want to hear from you.

What you write stays yours. By sealing a letter you allow us to show it on this site as described: the sealed card to everyone, the whole letter to whoever answers its question (and to the other writer, if two letters match). Letters in Unreachable are shown to everyone.

A person reads every letter and every reply before anyone else sees it, and may decline any of them. We may take down anything, at any time, including after a report. A letter marked “This is about me” comes down at once.

The site is offered as it is. Letters can vanish, be taken down or be lost, and private links can't be recovered: keep your own copy of anything that matters to you.

This is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what people write here, or for any loss that comes from using the site.

We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed.
