The rules

This is a place for unsent words, not for finding people. These rules keep it that way.

First names only
Never a surname, a title, or a nickname that gives someone away.
No contact details
No phone numbers, emails, links, social media handles, addresses, or school class and section.
Nothing that hurts
No threats, harassment, sexual content or hate, and nothing written to expose or shame someone.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to write a letter or a reply.
A person reads everything
Every letter and every reply is read before anyone else sees it. Some never appear.
If it's about you, it comes down
Under every letter there's a link: "This is about me — remove it". No questions asked.
Don't go looking
If you think you know who wrote something, let it be. This site will never help anyone find a writer.
